The Nike Big Nike was released alongside the Nike Dunks for the 1985-1986 hoops season. While the Dunk recieved the good graces of the “Be True” advertisement campaign, the Big recieved some “big” representation on the court–that is, 7′7 Manute Bo wore them during his rookie year!
