Me in ‘09 k1x Hot Soup Double X Shorts:
I got these in the mail earlier today (Shouts to Troj @ Kay-One!) and had to floss immediately. Admittedly, I haven’t worn a pair of all-mesh shorts in a minute now, but the thorough ventilation on these puppies had me singing, It’s been a long time”, as I hoisted jumpers in the 95 degree heat earlier tonight.
Who else is feeling the extended ribbing along the hemline to form the “X”? Classic? World B.’s “Hot Soup” logo is stitched onto the rear for added flavor.

The Status, a fashion-friendly shoe that can crossover into the park, is the first model to release from the blossoming Memphis brand. Distinguished by a perforated upper and synthetic leather overlays, the Stat is supportive enough to compliment the ratchet you developed with some wintertime seasonsing and a superb choice for cooling out afterwards. Cushioning comes in by way of polyurethane gel sockliners and TPU shock absorbers embedded in the midsole. Astute ‘heads should recognize what tread pattern inspired the outsole–chime your thoughts in down below!
