New York City pre-summer workout featuring some of the best ballers in the city
My favorite Winter tournament, ever! Big shot out to Du, Dog and the whole TNP crew!
Once again we are deep into the winter in the jaws of New York City, funny thing about it is it felt like spring until the snow storm hit us but now as it gets colder people are substituting there ball kicks for Playstation joysticks and a copy of NBA LIVE 10!
Practically there’s nothing to do besides go to work or try to find your local run where the competition might not be as good as you want it to be! The solution, The Du and Dog invitational. The livest winter and spring indoor tournament in NYC!
All Kinds of talent has played at the Dnd such as Ryan Special FX Williams, Kenny Satterfield, Miles High, The Beast, Junie Saunders, Darren Phillips, Antawn Dobie, Corey Underwood, Aaron Collins, Steve Burtt Jr, Bodywide, The Problem, J Hi, Chris Grant, Charles Jones, Mike Glover, Ant Glover and the list goes on and on until your head starts to spin.

A heated rivalry will commence at the DnD that was previously sparked on a post I put up when Jumpball Started, as we all know Total Package called out Stixx in the comments section which you can go back to by clicking here, which got more than the two players getting riled up, fans were quick to back up both players, 1 guy said I cant wait to see the match up between these two, and the clock ticked and it continues to tick Until Money INC plays Kingdome this winter so make sure your in attendance for that! Don't forget Stixx is last years DnD winter MVP and he is coming back for that crown!

Corey tries to put the braks on Stixx

DnD Starts January 5th, Make sure you check back here at bouncemag.com for the latest on the DnD tournament.

My favorite winter & spring league, period. D&D Invitational fills that void that’s missing in streetball from winter to summer. I’m from Uptown and I travel to Queens faithfully to watch these games during the winter. When I saw Kingdome Allstars in Queens, I said that this is the tournament to be in.

Answer says:
I heard about the D&D Invitational. The tournament looks good, especially to be in Queens. New York is lucky and should appreciate the tournaments that they have all year round. Skip (Raefer Alston) told me about this tournament years ago. We wish we had a winter league like this back in my hood. The guy on the mic had me in tears when he took it to church. The tournament looks legit so I joined the website to stay posted on the games at the D&D events.

Freeman says:
Yall know that Harlem run this streetball $#@&. Kingdome Allstars is gonna take it this year. They are gonna un-ass TNP from that throne that they been sittin on the past few years. Sean Bell Allstars is thru. Coach Rah desperately leeched on to a Harlem team in a last effort chance to win something because Sean Bell Allstars did’nt win nothing last summer. X-men is totally overrated like Stixx Williams. My man TP is gonna bust his ass if they face-off. Bingo Allstars can’t beat Sean Bell Allstars. That came str8t from Coach Rah’s mouth. None of these teams will win the D&D this year. It’s Harlem World.

@ Elliot Rosado:
That guy Rah has alot of mouth. Those Queens teams are weak. TNP and Sean Bell Allstars has always been overrated as top 5 teams. They can’t see teams like Harlem Ballers, Dipset, Oohway records, teams like that. I just think that those two Queens teams has always been overrated.

Old School says:
@ Freeman
You sound stupid, with the exception of Kingdome, those two teams won every major tournament in the city since 2003. You can put your best four teams together, and they still won’t have as many chips as those two teams. I never heard of those teams that Freeman named. Those must be fly-by-nite teams because we never heard of them in Brooklyn. See yall at the D&D games. I go there every year to watch the competition.

We don’t usually respond, but Freeman needs to know this. TNP & Sean Bell accomplished these tourneys.
EBC, WEST-4TH, 3X-DYCKMAN, TRI-STATE, WATSON, 2X-HITS, 3X-GUNHILL, 2X-NIKE TOC, 2X-FUNSPORT, 5X-D&D, 2X-FORREST PARK, QUAD54 (FRANCE), 2X-KINGSTON PARK, 2X-PIK-n-ROLL, 4X-LINCOLN PARK, QUEENS-DAY, 2X-PLAYTIME IZ OVA, Dr JAY CLASSIC (PHILLY), 2X-ALMIGHTY FORCE. THAT’S JUST A FEW TOURNAMENTS THAT TNP & SEAN BELL ALLSTARS WON OVER THE LAST SIX YEARS.
Now ask yourself, do your best 5 teams compares to that over the last 6 years.

Men lie,Women lie,Numbers Don’t. TNP and Sean Bell All Stars play hard and win chips. Who cares about Coach Rah antics on the sidelines or Dog and Du’s quiet competitive work ethnic.Shout out to them guys man. Uptown have the premiere tourneys but Brooklyn and Queens are always having fun in those tourneys. (Fab ft Lil Wayne beat) Salute Me

Chi-towns finast says:
Now thats a good look for NY. The main thing that I like about this tournament is there is no corporate sponsors or nothing to take away the value of the league. Most leagues in NY are value by who’s sposoring the event. This tournament has no uni’s or corporate sponsors. Just T-shirts and hard-work, yet everybody plays or knows about the D&D winter tourney. Wish yhat I could there or better yet, I wish the D&D was here in Chi-town.

@TNP:
yea, yea, yea, but yall still not better than Harlem teams and Coach Rah is definitely wack. I watch them get spanked a few times last summer. I’ll be at the D&D this winter to watch the games. Yall should let “TAZ” do a few games on the mic.
