Getting after it in pre-season

Getting after it in Pre-Season

With the beginning of fall brings the school year which gets that clock ticking on the upcoming season. We all know you can’t take the fall off and just walk into tryouts in November. Five-Star Basketball New York has the program you need whether you are trying to make your Middle School team, the JV or the big show with the Varsity. Our pre-season program concentrates on conditioning the body and mind for the season. Skill development, competition, core strengthening, conditioning, game situations and of course scrimmaging are all part of the plan to help get you to the next level.

If you are still in grammar school don’t worry we have our Fall Academy to keep you working towards your goals of improvement.

Please visit www.five-starbasketballny.com/programs.

The Fall Academy runs on Saturdays and the Pre-season Academy runs on Sundays, both at the Claremont Prep School in Lower Manhattan.

Please email ericnewman@five-starbasketball.com with any questions about the program.

It’s time to go to work!
