@A Brezzy

I love Reem, he has been killing forever. Didn't want to say it, but hey you said, it's out there. It's redundant getting Reem on the team with what they have. Bigger team like Nike1 , you need a shooter waiting to knock it down on Dre's his drive and dishes. They just took turns running plays either Reem or Barret playmaking, Barret can catch it and pop. Reem less effective pulling the trigger from outside.

I don't see having Barret, Steve Burt & Gary Irvin and picking up Kareem at all. On paper it sounds good adding the best kept secret to any team, but no here.

I concur that Glover's success rate might plummet if he tries to diversify, but somebody mentioned him being one of the best young bigs. He's good, but when the game got slowed down last night in a half court set ,he was much less effective. Like to see the young players try to add things to their arsenal. It increases longevity, Ty Grant still has a few years left in the tank because he mastered footwork and head fakes and scoring at will. Younger players need to take notes from the vets when they can and even the young players. Close games come down to half court sets and execution.

Franchise needs to divide the minutes. He needs to play Dre Barrett and Gary Ervin together...the Kareem and Dre combo wasn't looking to good yesterday because Reem can't shoot! We all know Dre can pass with the best of them and 1 other shooter on the floor would spread the D and allow him to do what he does best.

Mike Glover needs to stick to what he does best, running the floor and being the best garbage man in NYC, he rebounds everything and scores around the rim. Once he starts trying to take people off the dribble, the success rate plummets. Julius Hodge didn't look too good yesterday either...They're going to have to shape up before the playoffs. With all those guards, they def. don't need Kareem....

speaking of showing up, darren phillips has yet to make an appearance in the first two years of nike tournament of champions cuz he already off to europe by the time it happens (this year 8/22, mark your calendar). no knock on tnp or x-men, but dp is a bonafide mvp chip getter. if he shows up, that changes history . . .

I was dying to see Showtime and Barret face off a few weeks back. Disappointed they both missed the game, such is life.

Golds gym is def missing Rashard Bell and Strickland has to do a better job dividing the minutes up. Also Gordie Malones pts were early, he rode the bench until the end of the game. Nike1 had full squad last night. With Ty Grant scoring at will , DP, Garnett & Demolition man, it reminded everybody of why they have so many pro city chips, frontline is huge. Ty Grant took exception scoring at will on Mike Glover and trash talking. Ty still has a ridiculous arsenal of moves at his disposal. Mike Glover needs to add a few. He runs the court well but if you like at guys like Jarridd Frye who can face up and take you off the dribble, his game needs more of that and post moves to be well rounded. Adding Nick Carter at PG and Kavon Jones just gives nike1 more weapons. They can easily repeat and beat everybody. Remains to be seen who shows up for QB in the playoffs. Everybody in the stands had the same questions TP. Will Flex, Showtime, Dunston & Artest be there for the playoffs. Remains to be seen.
