It’s supposed to be spelled “Da Remedy.” They spelled it wrong on the poster and then wrong again a different way in the article. That’s my man Joe Vecsey from NY…Spell the man’s nickname right. Although, I just call him JV cuz’ he hasn’t done enough yet to get a nickname, but he’ll be the first one to tell you that. But he’s been on the circuit for a minute, I respect him.

shout out to linden, new jeruz. that’s where they filmed the game that became the AND 1 Mixtape Vol. 2, which sparked the ensuing tour, and eventual ESPN “Streetball” series. I was the DJ that day! They drove me out there and mad heads showed me love, especially when i threw on Mobb Deep album cuts. i believe luis ‘triks’ da silva, star of the nike freestyle commercial in 2001, is also from linden.
