The Nike Tournament of Champions has been over for some days now. The winners have had the time to celebrate their triumphs and the losers their time to mourn. Throughout the festivities we caught some great images of the entire event, from food to basketball. For your viewing pleasure:

  2. Drill Phil says:

    I concur nice pic’s………

  3. Azucar says:

All in all, this was a great event. But for next year, can we please move to a regulation court. That court was straight out of a Fresh Prince Episode. Noone could get off on anyone bc the floor didn’t allow for proper spacing

  4. Kyle says:

I hear you Azucar, but as far as no one getting off of anyone, tell that to QB and X-Men. Anti-Freeze got them for 44…Each.

  5. Azucar says:

True, but he really couldn’t cross anybody like he normally would bc there would be 2 or 3 players around him. Shouts to Campbell for getting summer player of the year. He definitely deserved it.

  6. Brooklyn says:

The court wasn’t the problem Anti Freeze and shout out too brooklyn finest on bringing it home XMEN.

  7. ali says:

the court straight out of the fresh prince episode? hilarious!!!

  8. Bobbito Garcia a.k.a. Kool Bob Love says:

    azucar-

the court was regulation width, just not length wise, but stil longer than west 4th where anti-freeze is used to anyway. he crossed many a defender, like he normally does, at the goat. if anything, it makes it that more impressive that he scored as much as he did cuz help D was always a step away, and many of his buckets where not fast break points but rather on two, three dudes like in the photo above. and as for as proper spacing, x-men figured that out just fine, just as tnp did last year, because they both play team ball and together all summer long, where as some of the other squads lean more towards 1-on-1 clearouts adn all-star assemblies. there’s nothing wrong with the court my dude. stop hatin’! haha.

  9. Azucar says:

Not hatin, like I said I enjoyed every game but the court was mad small length wise. Shouts to you to Bobbito for holding it down at the TOC and elite 24.

  10. Colby says:

Ok, went to this event and is was outrageous. I would say a full court may have made some difference. The biggest difference I could see is it allowing Dobie to take his 44 & 44 to an even higher level. I really can’t think of one bucket he scored that wasn’t an outside J or 3, or some nasty move that he took with a mid-range J or floater that was nothing but buttah. The kid was a bigger target than Osama, made NY rain like Seattle, and took no hostages… Although his team didn’t win it, the team knew, fans knew, and he knew that his team was going to, win or lose on his back.

Great people, great food, and best of all some great competition.

  11. FM says:

    nice flicks

  12. balleye says:

Antawn”Backpack”Dobie earned a new name from me. Also heard a Pro-City team is supposed to win. No excuse but a street tournament team has an advantage due to season played outdoor. Im sure if the game was played indoor they would have an edge. They still played like they were supposed to win. Flex Foyle and Showtime were the only one’s who showed up(27,28pts light). They sat to long and coaching was questionable with line up late in the 2nd half.

Shout Outs to Special”FX”,C.Fisher,K.Walker,DP,Junie and all the others that couldn’t attend. Would have been that much better. Should try to book before everbody leaves. Still turned out very nice. Will definitely be in the building next year.

  13. MOVEZ GALORE says:

    where was Junie sanders?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  14. sureone says:

    Not sure but def. M.I.A.

  15. Kyle says:

Junie’s squad got eliminated at Pro City (Nike 1) and West 4th (Money Train).

  16. in2ball says:

He played with Money Train in Tri-State
