Lub Streetball Squad, direct from Brazil, at Together We Chill in Spanish Harlem.
A Brazilian streetball squad, reinforced with LA’s Jay “Boogie” Brantley and NYC’s Tim “Headache” Gittens, came to America’s Mecca this past weekend to go up against all-star squads of tournaments Together We Chill (119th St. bet. 2nd and 3rd Ave.), Dyckman (204th St. and Nagle Ave., Inwood, Manhattan), and Kingdome (114th St. bet. 5th and Lenox Ave., Harlem, USA). Unfortunately, they’re going back home 0-3, however we’re hoping they had fun trip. We’ll be getting youtube footage up soon . . . .

Mr. Dimes says:
Was there for this game… Cali’s own J-Boogie looked horrible! Harlem’s own Mugsy looking like he was back at gauchos gym circa ‘97 with the way he killed J-Boogie…
That one big diesel dude standing right behind Headache was catching some real bangers though all game long. Good times at TWC

Macleem says:
I don’t think all of the LUB team was ready for real New York basketball. Me and J-Boogie tried to tell them that the game is real unlike that mixtape stuff that they have grown up to emulate.

Mr. Dimes says:
But what’s J-Boogie’s excuse for stinking up the place? he looked so far out of his league, and the home TWC team didn’t have any real top-tier NYC ballers on it except maybe for Mugsy…
