Andre Davidson, a 6’4″ senior starting small forward for John F. Kennedy HS in ‘07-08, tragically died recently during a game at St. Mary’s gym in the South Bronx. Doctors at Lincoln Hospital pronounced him deceased soon after arrival.
Davidson was set to attend Mohawk Valley Community College and play ball. He was an excellent free throw shooter at 82% during the regular season and 100% in the PSAL playoffs where he improved his scoring average from 7.5 ppg to 10.7 ppg.
We express our sincere condolences to the Davidson family and to JFK High School.
