As many of you know, Jordan Brand is celebrating the twenty-third year of Michael Jordan’s signature shoe line. In the past, Jordans or “J’s” as they are affectionately termed on the streets, have been revered for their quality, comfort, and forward-thinking designs. This year Jordan & Company decided to take a completely unheard of approach in the manufacturing process of the XX3. The shoe was produced under Nike’s Considered ethos, where all selected materials and building processes are less harmful to the environment.

So what you’ve got is a beautiful shoe that will keep both your feet and Greenpeace happy. This white/gray/black colorway certainly mirrors the beauty of the previously released Titanium Blue and Stealth colorways. You can grab these through Eastbay, or depending on location, at some Footlockers or Champs Sports.

yo, not for nothing–dem joints are beautiful. like there are sneakers that i’ll be like, “those are hot!” but it’s like the 23s are beyond that. i really think they’ve eclipse the 11s as my favorite jordan of all-time. but maybe i’m saying that too soon. they are verrry comfortable to play in. very.

And while Bob’s mentioning favorites, I just have to mention–the XX3 is my favorite MJ shoe of all time. The XI, XIV, and XX are right up there, and while all three of the aforementioned are dope and revolutionary, the XX3 takes it to a new level. While the shoe might not blow you away initially, take careful notice of all the detailing, and keep in mind that all of these components were put together using new enivoronmentally-safe manufacturing methods. The shoe is classy as all heck, and it *might* revolutionize the way we manufacture shoes forever. Bravo!

Hmmm…I guess I’m going to have to reserve judgement till I try them out for myself. Better than the J4’s and J11’s? I don’t know about that…
