1. No players on current NBA rosters are included.
2. Players who participated in multiple tournaments for the whole season were given greatest consideration.
3. No prior MVPs, highlights, championships, etc. were considered. This list is strictly based on performance in Summer ‘07.
4. Players were picked regardless of position.

I’m really feeling the All Street First team you all did a really great job with the selections, can’t wait to get the upcoming issue. Thanks for getting back to me with the Rucker Pro Am but I would like to see more presence because the competition level is just as high as any other Summer Pro League because the players that plays in the same tournament yall feature.

this is wrong burtt should have one player of the year he didint take many chips but he broke the EBC scoring title and made his first ever west 4 debut and droped 8 threes in a half on an up and coming unruly heir team. Burtt Shulda won player of the year

Burtt definitely had a monster summer, and our panel of voters will be looking at his development closely next summer. Hard to deny Satterfield, though. unlike the nba, we include playoff performance in our consideration. thanks for your comment my brother.
