I played and announced action yesterday. France’s Slam Nation did a choreographed dunk show. These dudes eat, sleep, and breathe getting creative around the rim the way kids in Harlem get imaginative with their handles. We play everyday in Colon Square. They have big screens that show our highlights along with those of the Eurobasket Champiohships. TV’s Channel 6 just interviewed us. This amount of love to playground basketball is unprecedented in Spain. Yes, they took the World Champiohships last year, but it’ a country of organized leagues. Among the 16 players here for Streetbasket ‘07, only 1 is Spaniard.

I’ll give better updates when I get back to the States; for now peep out Reverse Magazine Kevin Couliau’s blog www.asphalt-chronicles.com for an ill display of photos. Word up!
