Vancouver & Steve Nash In The Place To Be / Jul 25, 2007 / 11:28 am

Livestock sneaker shop, Vancouver, Canada

July 18, 2007: Sean Lala of Spectrum Entertainment and Livestock sneaker shop brought me up to Vancouver to spin their weekly Funk & Soul jam @ Republic. The party was mad fun. Former EA Sports NBA Street V3 game directors Shyang Kong and Thomas rolled through, as did Steve Nash of the Phoenix Suns who was in town for his charity classic. I didn’t even know he was on the dancefloor ’til after he left! Dude plays it mad DL and humble, gotta love him for that. I would’ve at least shouted him and his fundraiser on the mic. Next day Livestock hooked me with the butter New Era exclusive to match my J11 maize/azzure. Store is flavors. Peep it if you’re in town. Also got to shout out my man Eric from www.shoshotgear.com who made the ill uniforms for our Puerto Rico Legends squad last summer.
